Disliked: There was nobody at the office when I got there. I called the customer service line & was told my reservation was canceled & not given a reason why

Disliked: Nothing except the AC did not cool very much . But everything else was good

Disliked: I NEVER saw an employee there! The place was VERY dirty. My room had not been cleaned in a long time, and was never cleaned from the previous occupation with a dog as well. (I have pics) This, by far, was THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, PERIOD! Should be able to post more pics!
