Disliked: When we went to take a shower there was no hot water. Went to desk, no one answered the door. It was 10 am before anyone showed up and they had a disconnect notice for water on door. I ask for a refund for the night I paid for and they wouldn’t give it to me. We did not even have a lamp in the room or a chair. I travel a lot and have never had such poor service.phkne numbers I called was never answered

Disliked: I arrived at this property at 10:30 pm after driving 8 hrs. There was a bright neon “OPEN” sign that was illuminated, a number to call after 3 pm and a Ring doorbell for night service. The office was locked, the voicemail attached to the phone number didn’t ring and was full and the Ring doorbell didn’t work. I stood at the front door for 10 mins with no help. I called OYO customer service who said I arrived too late and gave me another number to call that was also not ringing and voicemail full. I sat in my car for another 25 to book a room somewhere else. I stopped by the property the next day to speak to someone about a refund and was greeted by a guy who was sitting at the table with two others and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to ask if he worked there and he said yes. I explained my situation and he said everything was closed because there were no vacancies. I had a paid reservation, drove 8hrs from MI just to be left in the dark about what was going on, given the run around from customer service and greeted with a defensive employee who didn’t care. I do not recommend this location!
