Liked: The location. The staff tried to be helpful and were approachable.
Disliked: The room was in a poor condition.

Disliked: Dirty, hairs on bed. Bed was not made well either, bathroom was smelly.

Liked: Clean bed and relatively quiet
Disliked: Ceiling leaked in the bathroom and pipes in the bathroom clearly had not been cleaned for sometime. The carpet was threadbare in places.

Liked: The location is quite close to the centre.
Disliked: I had 2 rooms booked and they were both covered in dust.there was mould all around the window that you couldn't even shut. In one room there was a stain on the carpet and mould everywhere in the bathroom. When told we were not staying due the conditions they said I could get a refund and I am still waiting 2 months on! After countless of conversations with them (when they would finally answer the phone) we kept getting told to call back next day. Even after speaking to the head office who said they will be escalating this further I have still not received a single bit of communication. Would avoid at all costs!
