Liked: Epsilon Hotel is one of the hotels where i feel like i am home. Lovely receptionist who always greet me with a smile, clean room, comfortable bed, mini bar in the reception, strong signal on my phone and wi-fi. Definitely will use their services again when will go in the area.Strongly recommend

Liked: The room was spacious and both the room and bathroom were very clean.
Disliked: I would have liked more than 1 pillow (however I’m sure if I had gone to reception I could have got another) in room 112 the bathroom door didn’t close h less you locked it.

A one night stay on...

Liked: It was good location for where I needed to be.Stratford centre was close by and Westfield shopping centre.Just a short walk from Stratford station.My single room was really clean and comfortable and I slept very well.I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised and at a very reasonable price.
Disliked: I have nothing to complain about and I would recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation in this area.

Disappointing

Liked: Cheap, close to Westfield shopping.
Disliked: Have visited several times in the past when I needed an overnight stop in London. Unfortunately it has gone downhill, won't be back.
