Liked: The location was perfect, with the Tube only 3 minutes away ( Marble Arch). We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff on arrival who helped us with our automated check-in. There's plenty of cafes and bars within a few minutes' walk and 24-hour convenience stores close by.The room, even though it was on the small side, was very clean and modern. The shower was quite big for a small bathroom.
Disliked: The bed is a small double, which i kind of understand with the room size.2 milk sachets isn't enough for a 2 night stay, but you are supplied a small fridge, so we just bought our own milk.I would definitely stay here again, but it's only fair to point out why I didn't give it a 10.Overall, WELL DONE 👏

Passable

Liked: Close to the hospital where I was having surgery on Harley Street.
Disliked: The self check in was difficult, nobody was around to help. We only had one small pillow each in our room. They ask you to take your own bins out to the basement (sign on the wall).Nobody came in to clean the room.

Liked: Great bathroom, excellent shower.
Disliked: Light switches didn’t work properly. Bed too small. Tea and coffee supplies very poor. Room not made up for second night so tea and coffee supplies had run out. Ironing board needs a degree in mechanical engineering to use it.

Liked: Excellent location for Hyde Park: looks as if recently refurbished. Had everything you require in your room. Including iron/ironing board, tea and coffee facilities. Had a great stay and would recommend without doubt.
Disliked: The only problem was could not walk round bed. Bruised our legs couple of times as so close to the wall.
