It was a nice stay....

Liked: Clean rooms, breakfast and location.
Disliked: Our toilet was not working upon arrival. Maintenance did come right away, but our toilet made the running water noise throughout our entire stay.

Liked: Location was great and room was a good size for a family. Pool was nice albeit quite small.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor. Not many options particularly for vegetarians. Asked for French toast and staff used same utensils for meats to plate up food. Staff at check in was minimalist and rude

Disliked: the bathroom had mold in the grout

Dislike my experience, expected something...

Liked: Although the hotel was in a good location, I expected it to be nicer and cleaner. I had to ask for the cleaning crew to come and throw out trash and give me extra towels. Cleaning crew didn't even clean I had to grab the trash. Breakfast was okay but don't see the point of given a coupon to eat breakfast.

Liked: Nice rooms, good breakfast
Disliked: No supervision at pool, adults throwing football so hard and hitting bystanders.

It was ok.

Liked: Breakfast was good and so was location.
Disliked: When I checked in I was informed that the credit card I used was for a security deposit, well whoever charged the room to my credit card and I was going to pay on a different card. Was not happy about this. Staff informed me that this charges could not be corrected.

Passable

Disliked: Front desk person when my card key wouldn’t work she barked for my id and never apologized for inconvenience. At checkout she had same scowl on her face which left a bad feeling
