Liked: View and food was pretty good.
Disliked: Furnace was so loud I couldn’t sleep in first unit, basics like a shower were not working in their most expensive Challett.

Liked: Absolutely beautiful place to stay in the Canadian Rockies!Loved everything about it. This place was recommended to by my parents (both of whom had stay the year prior) and cannot recommend this place enough. It was cozy, quite, comfortable, and lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Location was great, easy to get to right off the highway. Staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodate our our last minute request to add our pup to our stay.
Disliked: Nothing

It is a fantastic base...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a gas fireplace and an incredible view looking out into Jasper National Park. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant had amazing food, cocktails and a large wine selection.
Disliked: Not much, this place is great. I guess we could hear the noise from the restaurant below while in our room, however it closes early enough that it was quiet by the time we ent to sleep.

Views are spectacular, a perfect...

Liked: The view is absolutely spectacular. One of the best views out of most hotels and Jasper and Banff. It's an incredible, magical location. The main lodge has a gorgeous, chalet style area where you check in with a big old stone wood burning fireplace. There is a beautiful deck, overlooking the mountains and trees. Restaurant is delicious.
Disliked: Nothing - it's always nice to have a better price haha, but it's worth every penny. This is why we keep coming back.
