A nightmare come true

Disliked: One of the worst nights of my life and certainly the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The toilet had poop marks from the previous user. One of the beds was pulled away from the wall. The Hotel lists free WiFi, and this was true. However, the only place you could get WiFi was with your phone or laptop on the windowsill. The place smelled like it had been painted with latex paint recently, making it really hard to get to sleep and to stay asleep. At one point I woke up sure I was going to throw up.Also, no swimming pool, well there was one, as listed in the ads but it was empty and closed off.The doors to the outside were unlocked.Both listed Hotel Amenities and the pictures I was saw indicated it had an onsite restaurant, a main reason for booking my stay, however, that has not been true since 2020.No free breakfast, in fact not even a cup of coffee you could buy!The TV remote would change channels with either the volume up or down or the channel up or down buttons. It took until the next morning to figure out how to get the buttons to work reliably: you had to squeeze it from one side of the top to the other and hold it at a 175' angle to the left and get within a maximum of 4.5' from the screen.

Would NEVER stay there again.

Disliked: Dirty shower. TV wasn’t working and had to contact desk twice to have someone come and look at it . TV was taped together and I was surprised when it finally worked. Was “pet friendly “ for an extra 20.00. Advertised “FREE BREAKFAST “ was non existent.

I wouldn’t recommend this place...

Liked: The young man checking in was up beat and out going. He told us we had to use door 4 but the doors are labeled A B and C, we had to go door to door to find the correct entryway to get to our room.
Disliked: The hallways are dark and dingy, our room had bugs flying around, the toilet you had to jiggle the handle to shut it off, the bed was rock hard and the pillows even worse. No cable tv and no Wi-Fi . The room temperature was also hard to control, either too hot or too cold, no happy medium.

Dump, go elsewhere

Disliked: No internet, no cable that worked, bathroom shower curtain had mildew stains, chairs and table wobbled and then the chair broke. No continental breakfast even though it was advertised. Definitely not the place to stay. Checked out!
