Liked: The hotel is beautiful and our room had a view of the railroad bridge. We enjoyed our dinner in the dining room and the bathroom and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Generally a good location, but...

Liked: we liked the view and the location in the center of Queensferry. The food in the restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The rooms had a strong smell, and in one of the bathrooms we had a lot of small bugs. The bed in one room was done and you could feel the coils. Due to the location between restaurants it is quite noisy...not necessarily due to the people, but due to the ventilation/exhaust of the kitchen

Liked: The welcome at reception was very warm. We arrived early and, we had left luggage at reception and had lunch in the hotel. Lunch was delicious, we sat on the terrace, the weather was beautiful. After lunch we went to check-in and they had taken our luggage to our room m
Disliked: The room was very warm as we went during a heatwave. The windows were fitted with safety locks. They only opened a fraction. We reported a problem with the shower door. A maintenance man came promptly and sorted it.
