A budget option, that somehow...

Liked: It was in a good location for where I was visiting in London.The receptionist did upgrade me to a double room for no extra cost as it was available.
Disliked: No aircon, shower didn’t work properly, lots of moths in the room, not the cleanest place, decor is very old and needs updating

Liked: The stair well was very inviting. It was clean. The lady who booked us in was very nice
Disliked: We didn’t see the room we were given on the web site do we wrongly assumed we would have a room that was on the web site We were right on the top of the guest house there was no lift. One pillow each one tea bag each. The water from the shower wasn’t worth having not worth having, it was a dribble. Not what we expected

Disliked: Lots if stairs, can't do much about that. If you're not good on stairs it's not for you

Not a great stay, other...

Liked: Great location, easy to get to.
Disliked: Wonky floor in bedroom and bathroom made you feel unstable. Spare pillows were very stained. Lots of noise from builders to start with and a very loud creaky door that was being used from 6am all morning.

Relaxing and Comfortable stay, where...

Liked: Very lovely staff and great for location as wasn’t a far walk from station! I had a lovely double bed too!
Disliked: There was no bath mat when I got out the shower so nearly slipped on the tiles! Other than that was a gorgeous stay!
