Suitable for weekend getaway and...

Liked: We had a nice stay which is near to the Oxford street and Baker street. The personel was very friendly and they made our stay easy. The rooms were clean.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit old, but not dirty. Baths are small and no lift is available for higher floors.

Good room with small bathroom...

Liked: Can be little cheaper the price, for too small bathroom 🚽 that we were offered. All the bed and the chair was comfortable in the room. Can try less times for this price Of £100 per night It’s kind of princely for us. Cause was for our special day wedding we booked for 1 night for the location was convenient ✨!! Thanks 🙏
Disliked: Bed was comfortable thanks 🙏

Avoid at all costs

Liked: Location and some old pictures
Disliked: Everything else not as expected. The smallest room in the world fixtures an fittings are hap hazard an disheveled bed is made poorly. The whole place is unprofessional and a dive. Concierge was in jeans an a hoody, sprawled on a chair in the kitchen when we arrived I thought he was a guest.

Poor

Liked: The initial look of the hotel is unique and beautiful. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is very clean.
Disliked: It cost me 180 for a box room with very little appeal. There were European plugs that did not fit the plug sockets, so we had no lamp lights. The tv attached had very poor signal, so I could not watch anything without interference. The wifi code we were given did not work. The door to the bathroom hit the sink so you could not reach the bath towles behind the door easily, and we only had two hand towels instead of bath towels. I am pregnant and had a lot of trouble getting into the shower or washing my hands at the sink. The toilet also had a little black box directly touching the side of the toilet, which i kept banging my leg on every time i sat down. The bed was the most uncomfortable i have ever slept on. Springs kept digging into my body, and we only had one pillow, each without any spares. The bedding had stains on.Plus, i could literally hear the person next door to us breathing, let alone the snoring i heard, which also kept me awake. I would've asked the man in charge for extra pillows or towels, but the 24-hour reception wasn't manned, and when pressing the bell, nobody came. I don't usually complain, but this was a treat for my husband's birthday and our last trip before i have our baby. I was so disappointed. The pictures on booking.com or the opulence hotel website do not reference the reality of the place. If I'd have known what the room would look like or how small it was, i would not have booked it. What's worse is that i have been fortunate enough to stay in some lovely hotels and paid less for far more than what i got here. Avoid like the plague. It's not worth the money at all.

No hot water!

Liked: Great location for what I needed
Disliked: NO HOT WATER! I probably wont be staying here again because of this. I was really looking forward to a nice hot bath/shower and didnt get it.
