Suited my pirposr.
Liked: Better than last year but bathroom had stains on shower cubicle Very narrow and difficult to manoeuvre, especially when opening the shower door to get out. Water drippped onto the floor, making it very slipper. Perhapss provide a mat?? Bed comfy and room ok overall. Still no catering which is regrettable.

Pleasant hotel in good location.
Liked: Good location. Within walking distance of both Oxford street ,Baker street.,Marylebone road and station and underground . 24 hour reception. Room serviced daily. Kettle with tea, coffee and milk which was replenished. And a small fridge. Room was warm but a small plug in convector was on offer. A mini ironing board and iron. Plenty of plug sockets. Three Molton brown toiletries...soap, body wash and a shampoo. Bath and shower plenty of hot water. Plus a jet wash style bidet. Hotel small but seemed quiet and I slept well.. Good bus service from Dorset and George street nearby . Breakfast not provided but there were tables and microwaves which appeared available for use downstairs.
Disliked: Tho the room was nicely decorated with framed wall art, It certainly was not like their advertised photos . There is also no lift and the first two/three stair flights have runners with stair rods which are loose..My key room entry card had to be reactivated every evening which was exhausting having to go up and down four flights of stairs. Hairdryer was missing from my room too which meant another trip to reception..tho the guy went to a lot of trouble to locate one for me. Pillows on bed need replacing, extremely discoloured. Sink tap appeared new but dripped and also was hard to wash face under or fill kettle. Bath was high to step out of and tiles very slippy if you forget the towel on floor. Only bath towel no hand towel provided. Complimentary toiletries not really big enough for two overnight guests

Lovely room, unfortunately to dirty
Liked: The room was beautiful and the bed comfy
Disliked: When we arrived to the room we thought how amazing but shortly after we found that the toilet had been used and not flushed, no toilet roll, a dirty shower Matt, mould in the fridge and dust/dirt in several placesWhen we reported this to reception they apologised and told us they had no cleaner at the moment and gave us half a toilet roll! A different room not offered at all forcing my partner to grab some cleaning supplies from the shop to scrub the mould and clean the dustIt’s a shame as we were actually impressed what the room offers it just wasn’t very clean

It's seen better days.
Liked: It was warm and dry and better than a tent on the street.
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing renovation work. Many things were broken or worn out. The single glazed sash window would not shut as the locking latch was bent. One roller blind could not be raised. The TV aerial coax had been severed and then reconnected so the signal was intermittent. The washbasin wasCrackedStair rods were loose and broken. The standard of maintenance was dreadful, as if done by an incompetent DIY enthusiast, and many nails and screws protruded risking injury to guests The sheet was too small for the mattress. When we arrived there were no staff except workmen in the buildingWe phoned the hotel mobile number and eventually one of the workmen gave us our key card, having been asked to do so by the absent receptionist. There was none of the usual information in the room. Hopefully they will refit the entire place as it seems to have been neglected for at least three years and to be run by amateurs.
