Lovely room, too much light...

Liked: Check in was easy. The room nice.
Disliked: There was a big gap under the door, which allowed quite a lot of light in. There was also a gap in the black out drape, on the right side. I tried to pull it closed, but no luck. These both made it a bit difficult to get to sleep.

Disappointing

Liked: We loved the location and the restaurant was good
Disliked: We did not like returning after a very sad family funeral to find that our room had not been cleaned or new towels…….sooo disappointed. There was absolutely nothing in the room saying that our room would not be serviced…..for what we paid our room should have been cleaned…..due to this we probably will not stay there again.

Great location, poor shuttle service

Liked: Location
Disliked: Shuttle service. Was told they would transfer to and from venue. Answer changed 4 times. In the end they would not pickup from venue and we had to drive ourselves.

Liked: Good value and location of room. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Dining room was expensive and service was slow. Room could have been cleaner. Requests were slow to be filled (toilet paper, luggage cart). Slow check-in. Requests made when reserving room were not taken care of; had to call to request again.
