Liked: A great choice from the breakfast menu.Staff were very helpful polite and friendly. You always had a warm good morning from them and if you needed anything they would be there i will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to the Isle of Wight

Liked: Beautifully renovated boutique hotel each room was of a high standard & extremely comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. The breakfast was first class with good range of choices. I personally loved the cottage/Court yard garden area. The lounge area was a lovely place to have a drink or to sit & relax. I cannot fault this hotel in anyway & look forward to a return visit sometime.

Pleasing and cozy stay!

Liked: The property has a very pretty garden, where it would be nice to sit and have drinks if the weather was warmer. The bed is comfortable. The room is really warm and it is quiet inside. The hotel is situated right in the centre, which makes it easy to walk around the town.
Disliked: I don’t think there is anything to feel negatively about.

Liked: Good breakfast, nice comfortable and clean room, great location. Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Parking was a little bit of a juggling act but more the fault of the local car parks, could not work out a way to apply the overnight rate with the app or on the machines when arriving early. If you are lucky you can find a free 1 hour space nearby to take you up to the end of the parking charge time. Was only a minor inconvenience though.

A very enjoyable short break...

Liked: Very clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. Well situated in the more interesting part of Newport. We enjoyed afternoon tea in the cafe every afternoon. We were able to get buses easily to get around the Island. A very good location especially without a car
Disliked: Everything was good
