Disappointing

No acknowledgment from staff paid...

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: Mould, sodden wall due to no maintenance done, holes in walls, unusable facilities, collapsed tiles around spa.

Good location and includes car...

Liked: Good location, quiet except for a couple of nights when there were events at restaurant below until 10pmish.
Disliked: Poorly maintained and a bit tired, not up to the advertised “luxury” standard, could have been cleaner in places. The terrace patio for example was very run down with an old fridge that was in a state of disrepair, handle missing off cupboards, worn out recliners without cushions - as a result we didn’t really use it.

A very relaxing stay

Liked: Lovely room in a beautiful setting and great location. Friendly staff, decent gym and pool area. Wish we’d stayed longer than 2 nights!
Disliked: Sofa stained and light from the hallway beams into the rooms – but neither were huge issues.
