Beautiful hotel and interesting place to visit and see inside. It was minutes from the venue where we enjoyed a concert that night. There is a parking garage directly across the street where overnight parking was available for $13. Valet parking was $29 in comparison.

Liked: Roomy and clean room. Desk employees were friendly and informative.
Disliked: Room service prices were obnoxious as I should have expected, so there was no way I was going to order anything. You have to pay for WiFi too.

Pretty hotel, too expensive

Liked: Very clean room
Disliked: Restaurant too expensive and too many noises at night while sleeping (ie, AC made a loud pop noise every time it came on, toilet flush was oddly loud, mini fridge made a weird noise.

Not the best for my...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, it's downtown close to many things.
Disliked: There wasn't a rooftop terrace or way to have a good city view. Whenever the room next door flushed the toilet, we heard it. The wifi didn't work and I didn't see a way to call the front desk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I couldn't stream from my phone because wifi didn't work. Since there's no pool, there's nothing for kids to do.

Great hotel in an amazing...

Liked: The building itself, the location is optimal, the room was clean and spacious overlooking a beautiful historical building, the staff is kind and attentive, the dining/breakfast room is marvellous.
Disliked: No room service available except for breakfast (limited and overpriced), phone tap payment (Google Wallet/Apple Pay) was not accepted anywhere including at the cafe, the speakeasy downstairs closes at midnight and is unavailable many days a week so we did not manage to go.
