Omni William Penn Hotel

Beautiful hotel and interesting place to visit and see inside. It was minutes from the venue where we enjoyed a concert that night. There is a parking garage directly across the street where overnight parking was available for $13. Valet parking was $29 in comparison.

Liked: Roomy and clean room. Desk employees were friendly and informative.
Disliked: Room service prices were obnoxious as I should have expected, so there was no way I was going to order anything. You have to pay for WiFi too.

Liked: Clean room.. clean sheets .. plenty of towels.
Disliked: Shower water leaked all over floor on day one.. Needed to wrap shower curtain around. Learned the trick day 2!

Liked: Beautiful lobby and delicious food. Location to downtown activities.
Disliked: I upgraded to a bigger king room and a city view, but the room was small and the view was a brick wall. When I showed the front deck my upgrade they said that we don’t have city views…. Disappointed.

Disliked: After checking out of my room, I needed to use the bathroom in the lobby and after dragging my suitcase down the stairs I found the bathroom door was locked. It’s ridiculous that you have locked out hotel guests who have already checked out. You need a better system. Also the elevators were hard to use because it would skip floors I was trying to get to. When I was trying to leave the hotel to catch the airport flyer I could not get to the lobby floor even though I had selected the lobby button and it was lit
