Liked: Every staff member we encountered, from check in staff, valet, cleaning staff, bar tenders, wait staff and those just who were there, were friendly - they smiled and they actually seemed to enjoy meeting us. Very helpful in directing us during the remodeling, etc. A true pleasure!
Disliked: Not really, the check-in was chaotic but then that is to be expected with the concert goers descending seemingly at once. It was unfortunate that remodeling was going on, but then there isn't a good time for that anyway.

The room was nice. The people were helpful. We came in late from a concert and ordered $91.00 worth of food from the late night dining. We were starving! It took 1.5 hours to get there and it was all cold! Had we known it would take so long and be cold, yucky food we would have gone out to eat for $91.00.

Liked: Very nice and clean.
Disliked: They charged me $231.43 and they charge you $45.00 to park. When I booked on this site the bill was $186.43. You should mention parking takes the check-in bill up $45.00.

My visit was very nice other than the valet parking.

Liked: Location and cleanliness.
Disliked: The valet parking - I had to wait over an hour to get my car and they charge $35 and call that valet parking.

If you are going to an event at Philips Arena, this is the place to stay. They locate your room in the south tower so you are close to the arena. You can walk through the hotel which is convenient if the weather is bad. The staff was very efficient. I was there 2 hours before check in for a sold out concert but was still able to check in. The rooms were nice and clean. There are plenty of places to eat for all budgets. I would think that a hotel of this caliber would offer free wi-fi. Also, the valet was a little pricey but as long as you factor these into your costs, I think it's still a great option considering all the positive aspects.

Liked: Great hotel; conveniently located.
Disliked: You have to pay for Wi-Fi; Valet Parking $32 per day.
