Overall I’d stay here again.

Liked: The property was fab for location, dated but that’s to be expected from a more budget friendly hotel. Non the less the staff were lovely and the hotel was clean.

Liked: Located close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, central London for tourist sightseeing
Disliked: No airconditioning, only as addition on request, I would have preferred to be able to choose this with the room booking. However, we found out that it was not needed for the time we were there.There was no direct lift to our room, so it required effort with luggage.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Great to be so well located - close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Breakfast was solid each morning.
Disliked: Would have been helpful to have a mini fridge.

Liked: Very small but clean rooms.Very nice,helpful staff in breakfast room.Comfortable beds and pillows.Good location.
Disliked: Having to pay £10 for air conditioning if required. The rats running around outside the hotel eating the rubbish just left on the ground.

Super hotel.

Liked: Great location near Paddington train station and for buses. It is easy to walk to places, too. Hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable, with a super shower. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast room is downstairs. There was a good selection of fresh foods and drinks. The staff in the breakfast room were delightful and so attentive. Although there were no tea making facilities in my room, tea or coffee could be obtained by self service in an area downstairs to the left of the reception desk. I enjoyed a wonderful stay.
Disliked: Everything was super.
