Disliked: Breakfast room - get rid of the awkward wooden table and chairs. As a guest getting in and out of seating particularly if you are jammed in against the walls is not a pleasant experience. Breakfast staff are helpful and friendly

Disliked: room was too small for a grown man but clean and had a nice view of trees. A fan would have been nice up on the 4th floor but where would you put it. ceiling to low and no room for it.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...

Disliked: No duvets on beds, just blankets, room had old towels in it when we arrived, housekeeping let themselves in on a morning as we couldn’t lock the door, and then proceeded to not bother coming back had to pay for air conditioning, went to reception to get supplies for the room but the receptionist was sleeping, shower was to small, the wash products supplied wouldn’t keep a rat in soap for a day nevermind a human,

Great Stay

Liked: Staff were friendly and very helpful our room was clean and the shower was fine good water pressure.I have no idea why people complain about the breakfast this is London for goodness sake you don't get a full fry up. Plenty of cereal toast jam and marmalade ect. Fresh coffee cheese , eggs and ham and chilled orange juice. More than adequate and good value for the price.The location was superb 5 minutes to trains and buses , cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.
Disliked: Having to pay £10.00 a day for aircon. Apart from that nothing

Liked: It was very clean and very accessible in terms of walking to locations at a very short distance!
Disliked: The rooms were clean and quite nice only not very large, which would have been better also no air conditioning or fan.

Liked: The hotel boasts a prime location, but its overall quality is lacking. The accommodations were satisfactory, however, the bathrooms were surprisingly small. An additional charge of £10 per day for air conditioning was imposed without prior notice, which proved to be both unexpected and frustrating. In light of these shortcomings, I would strongly advise against recommending this hotel.
Disliked: Basic facilities like AC should be included.
