Very good

Liked: Lovely hotel, located in a beautiful area if Bath. Staff were super helpful and friendly. It's about 2 miles from the City Centre, but there are regular buses, with the bus stop a short walk from the hotel. Room had everything we needed, beds were really comfy.
Disliked: The hotel could do with some upgrading, we stayed in the Annexe part, which is very dated.

Liked: Excellent stay for great price. The room was better than plenty of higher standard hotels. The location was away from the Main Street in a beautiful space.
Disliked: Could add some vegetables to the breakfast.

Liked: Location although I am living in Sheffield ,I am a Bathonian.This location was suited to enable me to avoid traffic which proved invaluable has the city traffic is horrendous.

Lovely setting, but some things...

Liked: The setting was wonderful, right on the river, next to a tollbridge and lovely countryside. Nice and quiet. The room was pleasant and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful.
Disliked: . The exterior of the hotel was very disappointing - it's grotty and in need of a lot of TLC and certainly didn't match the pictures of the inside. Such a shame the exterior let the hotel down as the setting is lovely. We had a couple of niggles with the room - The soap dispenser didn't work in the shower and there was a problem with the plumbing also - the water was very slow to go down and filled up the base.
