Good location
Liked: The room was nicer than expected, given how run down the exterior and hallways looked when I first showed up.
Disliked: For some reason, the fitness room was out of order. Also, the lock on the main door was broken.

Good stay great location.
Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Air conditioner in our room wasn't working. Called the front desk, and we were told that they tried to lower the temp, but it wasn't responding. The front desk desk said we could just deal with it or change rooms. It was late at night, so we stayed in the room.

It is a nice place...
Liked: The pool & spa were closed, the ice machine was not functional the whole time we were there. We asked for a room with microwave and fridge and did not get that. They brought one to us 10 hours later. Also, every night we could not access hotel entrance we had to get our keys reprogrammed to get into hotel and our rooms. We stayed 3 nights so this was annoying.
Disliked: That there was not enough staff. When we had to get our keys reprogrammed they were on break or doing stuff for other guests because they were short handed.
