We had a nice stay,...

Liked: I asked for a room with a view. That room smelled so bad, chemicals and cigarettes. Was stifling. Air wasn't work.ing I called the front desk and was told someone would look at it. So we waited to deal with that. No one came, so I called back and was told no one would come to the room, I asked for another room and was accomodated. I had to walk back down stairs for a new key. The new room was better, the beds were a little firm. We have stayed at the hotel multiple times. The Casino has become dissapointing. The slot machines are all chinese and I dont understand them.

The staff was nice and accomodating, but gave wrong information. on our second day our room key wouldnt work and I had to go downstairs again to fix the key. Per desk staff, there was a change that day on the system and I had to get 2 cards. One for outside door and one for room. If I had been aware of that I would have visited the desk while we were in the casino. I have a chronic pain disorder and walking down stairs again, really, really tired me out.

Liked: My bed had bed bugs couldn't sleep my was inch all night jump to the other bed took a shower I had bit marks on my body. Got dress called front desk and told the man 124 room number on Saturday night 3/15 to 3/16/25. Mary Quintana

Great basic room, good food.

Liked: The room was basic but clean and comfortable, close to all amenities. Check in was quick and efficient, friendly staff.
Disliked: It would be good if the staff at check-in would let you know where you could get a bite to eat in the casino. Also no wifi.

There was arguing few rooms...
