Nice rooms. Beds not so...
Liked: Great location and newly renovated rooms
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable and dirt in corners. You have to request maid services

Liked: The room was really clean. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: It was a little frustrating that the office was not manned during the day. I had to call a few times to get an office employee. They came right over when I called but it would have been nice having someone available at the office without having to call.

Liked: Love the location of the resort and the room we stayed in was great
Disliked: Not having extra amenities, like paper towels, garbage bags. Having one small trash can and no extra bag is ridiculous. The lobby not being open to ask for the extra amenities when it’s stated it’d be open 4pm-10pm.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable
Disliked: No house keeping service and the fact that the notice in the rooms stated 24 hr service available - call 360-6685. All we got was a recording. We rented room 29 for 3 days (Mon,Tues and Wed) and had to leave 1 day early because we couldn't get any toilet paper or clean towels or anyone to help us. We kept trying to get ahold of someone in the office too- the sign on the door stated the hours were from 4pm until 10pm .On Tues we pulled up around 4:10 pm got out, the door was locked so we wrote down the phone number to call which ended up being the wrong number whereas the number inside the room was correct. While we were sitting there this lady came to the door dropped off a box, looked at us then turned around and went into the back room without checking to see if we needed anything. How rude and extremely bad customer service. We finally got a return call after 10 am on Wed after we gave up and left. When the lady finally returned my calls she tried to tell me she wasn't going to answer at 5am so why does your sign inside the room say 24 hr service available? Also why is there a tip envelope for the maid when there is no maid? Then she said we had to call for service that due to covid people didn't want housekeeping in their rooms but covid was over 2 years ago- we cruise all the time and the cruise ships don't use covid as an excuse as to not to clean your room. Now that covid is over your room should be cleaned and toilet paper and towels restocked every day or at least have someone check to see if you need anything. The fact that we were ignored really upset us so much that we will never stay there again due to poor management which is a shame because the rooms were very comfy.
