Very good neighborhood, very cute...

Liked: The room decor was great. The room size was perfect very comfortable and very good value for the price of the room. Hotel is a great location and even the patio outside is really nice for smoking or just hanging out with friends.
Disliked: More shading or protection from the rain over the outside patio area would be nice. There are some tarps kind of set up at the top, but some water still leaks through and it was raining at the time but that is a little concerned because most of my time was not spent there nor did I see a lot of people over there during my day, but it was raining and I’m sure it doesn’t rain all that often. That is the only thing, but otherwise everything else was beyond my expectations.
