They gave someone a key...

Liked: I liked that it is pet friendly
Disliked: They charged an extra $50 for early check in, didn't inform me that they also charge another $25 per cleaning fee for every night weather you check out or stay multiple days. They also don't serve breakfast like it said on booking. Com which I wasn't told till the next morning. But the most upsetting out of the entire stay is that there are random people all over the property doing and selling drugs, which is the only reason I did not leave the evening I checked in when the front desk gave a key to my room to my sister, who was not registered as a guest, the front desk did not call me or speak to me before doing this, nor did they even ask her for I.D. to even verify that the name she gave them was actually her name. I went down to the lobby to meet her and was informed they gave her a key. She was sitting on the bed when I got back upstairs. Had it not been for the sketchy people around the parking lot, or had it been day time, I would have immediately checked out. I will not be staying there EVER AGAIN.

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: It was terrible. Dealings going on in parking lot all night. Dogs barking all night, smell of vaping in hallways. Worst hotel in a very very long time.

Comfortable, clean room. Great price...

Liked: Easy place to get an Uber- we went to a comedy show about 10 minute drive away. Bed was nice, room was very clean, provided bins for both trash and recycle. Good amount of pillows. Was given option on what floor we wanted (I’m pregnant with twins- so that was appreciated). Price was great- especially with booking.com discount. We didn’t use the fridge or microwave- but they were there and weren’t loud. We were able to charge our phones without having a charging block- they have a charger in the room you can plug cords into. Nearby a lot of businesses- probably walking distance if you wanted. Staff was quick and efficient. :)
Disliked: Other guests were more loud that other hotels. It was a Friday night though, and people tend to drink more on weekends probably. Someone knocked really loud on our door around 3am and that freaked me out a little. No problems though :)

Pleasant

Liked: The staff are all really nice, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Tess, Salina & Matt. All three went above and beyond as staff to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The owner however was very cold and rude and only cares about getting his money.
Disliked: In our room the the outlets on the laps in our room didn't work or would only work sometimes, the cable would go out randomly and our refrigerator did not have a separate freezer part and it froze over on us twice where we had to dump out food twice.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There was a party from 2.30am on in one of the rooms below ours which kept us awake and there was a bullet hole in the window which made us not feel safe. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke which was disturbing. The hotel is right on a busy highway, which was our bad, too not realize how loud that would be.
