Liked: The staff was excellent, they were all extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed at, even the bathrooms. Brew City Coffee in the lobby was delicious and the girl working was extremely kind. And then you have the location.... absolutely amazing! Lake Wawasee is absolutely gorgeous, I would encourage anyone to wake up early just to watch the sunrise above the lake, it was gorgeous! The people who lived around the hotel were always walking or riding bikes and also seemed kind. I had an event at the Event Center and was able to walk from the hotel there, the event center was also amazing, and the staff were fantastic.
Disliked: I wish I would've stayed in a lake view room, which is my fault not theirs. The room I was in you could see the lake very well, but the lake view rooms were right on the lake.
