We were on the 5th floor 518. As soon as the elevator door opened we smelled humidity - I should've stayed at Motel 6 - it's cheaper and there is no humidity smell. Oh and parking is included too. Front desk was friendly but it didnt make up for the room.

Liked: The lobby was pretty, and some of the staff was kind and helpful. The location was good - easy to use public transport or walk around downtown/to Crypto.com.
Disliked: The breakfast was not what we expected based on the comment made by the staff, who tols us it would be a great selection: there were old boiled eggs, some white toast with jam, cereal/oats and fruits (served from disposable containers, only disposable cutlery sets were available, same for plates and cups). Things kept runnign out and there seemed only be one person trying to keep up with it. Furthermore, the space was small and everyone did not have space to sit down and eat. Additinally, the ”gym” was a joke - the equipment was broken and there were no free weights. The hotel provided us with a three-day pass to LA Fitness, which worked well! For longer stays they did not know what the policy is.As for the rooms, they were similar to the pictures. Unfortunately, there were some smaller issues: carpets smelled bad, the sink did not properly drain (the plumber tried to fix it, but was unable) and the surfaces were dusty. However, the bathroom was clean and the cleaners nice and probably tried their best.The quality of staff varied a lot. Some were nice, professional and competent, others were unable to look customers in the eye and tried to avoid them by hiding in the back room. Overall, there were more nice staff, but depending on your luck the service can be good or bad.

Liked: Great location, lots of options for breakfast, add waffle maker, near training and basketball arena , and lots of food to eat,
Disliked: NO pool or rooftop, supposedly, you have to go to LA fitness bc they have a partnership to use the pool, then u can get a 3 day membership, wasnt happy abt that.

Disliked: The sinks didn’t drain properly. There was no ice machine. Parking was outrageous. We had to park 2 blocks away. They need no substitute for pork at breakfast. The breakfast was stale, or not cold.

Liked: This is our third time staying in O Hotel and location was awesome, very close to 7th St Station which connects to 4 other lines that can pretty much get you to many tourists attractions. It is also just 10mins walk to Peacock Theater (came here for a concert) and Crypto Stadium (for NBA games). Staff was helpful and smiley. Free breakfast was great.
Disliked: The hotels & rooms were a little run-down, would be great if they can do some touch-up.
