Liked: The Grange is located very centrally a few minutes walk from Holborn station and about 15 mins walk into the West End of London. Has a spa facility.
Disliked: The spa didnt have the loungers as advertised on posters and publicity material. Nowhere to relax properly if you weren't using the facilities.

Liked: The room was an upgrade that was unexpected but a real bonus, huge room with two very comfortable king beds, lots of complimentary cookies/chocolates, The White Room Noir bathroom sundries, that smelled lovely, and a very powerful shower. Breakfast had a huge choice, from freshly cooked to order eggs, full English breakfast, freshly prepared fruit, cereals, yogurts and pastries, highly recommend. Location was perfect, plenty of transport choices, shops, mini Sainsbury etc. lots of restaurants, the Spaghetti House was excellent, homemade lemonade and delicious authentic Italian meals.
Disliked: The bedroom corridors were a little dark

Liked: Good location, nice rooms, helpful people at the reception
Disliked: It was pretty cold and the heating did not really work. There are no rules defined of how to use a sauna. There were people that went to the sauna and then directly to the pool without taking a shower. Furthermore, people did not use a towel in the sauna to absorb the sweat.
