Not recommended

Liked: Located in a quiet area close to Queen's University. Easy to reach.
Disliked: The entrance to hotel/b&b was locked when I arrived at 3.30pm, which were communicated as regular hours for their front desk. I had to call a number to acces the building because they did not email the doorcodes in advance, they emailed it after I already checked in. Upon entering, a clerk came and asked me how I got in..... The room was fairly big but very outdated. Lighting was poor, not working. The bed horrible (worn out, extremely soft and deep sinking mattress, metal springs). Bathroom had a lousy shower system. Breakfast was about the same as you can find at Tesco. Nothing fresh.

Gorgeous property.

Liked: Clean, stylish property. Bed was big and comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Staff couldn’t do enough. Even put a little makeup fridge in my room for my meditation. Great location. Pub, cafe, botanical gardens; 25 min walk to city center.
Disliked: No fridge in the room; but still great value for money.

Liked: Great location especially for the stereophonics gig at ormeau park
Disliked: The shower blew its fuse the night before we were leaving which caused a bit of stress. We also had a lot of noise outside the property one night.

Shopping trip

Liked: The check in was easy and the room had everything we needed
Disliked: I emailed to request oat milk for my daughter and was told it would be there. On the morning there was no oat milk so she had to walk to the shop to buy some. Disappointing as we would have brought these items with us, oat milk and a vegan spread
