Liked: The bed was very comfortable, you could adjust the rooms temperature to suit your exact needs and the shower pressure was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The walls of the property had quite a lot of damage

Disliked: Was abit awkward on departure as an argument was happening at the front desk between the worker and a customer. Therefore was abit late leaving but nothing drastic not the end of the world

Excellent location, clean, very good...

Liked: The location was very good, close to 2 Underground train stations and next to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Though the room was not big, the space was adequate, facilities were good and clean.
Disliked: Nothing really - perhaps the passageways in and outside the room were quite narrow.

Great location and really really...

Liked: The room was clean, the bed was really comfy and the location was great for us for going to BST Hyde Park. The jacuzzi was spot on after standing in Hyde Park for 12+ hours. Definitely worth the extra money. The aircon was absolutely fantastic I was very pleased with it. The refrigerator was good too very cold.
Disliked: We were down on -1 floor because we were in a jacuzzi suite and the doors were really noisy. If you were asleep and someone was coming in late the door noise would 100% wake you up, I don’t know the exact science but when someone opened and closed one of the other doors on -1 it made all the other doors bang somehow. Like a really loud bang. This was the only downside tho everything else was perfect.

Bad

Disliked: We had the room right next to the entrance and reception. On the first night the phone rang continuously between 2-3h with no staff there to do anything about it. Obviously we couldn't sleep very well. Apparently there was a problem with a late check-in. Instead of an apology on the next day, we were told that we had booked a room without a window in the basement and that the hotel would not recommend anyone to book this room category. The funny thing is that we wouldn't have had the problem if we had actually been given a room without a window in the basement. Conversely, we would not recommend anyone to book this hotel either.
