Liked: I like the location of the property it is 5min walking distance from paddington which is very convenient. Biplop (the receptionist) was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and nice made me feel very welcomed.
Disliked: The property did not have a lift which my be inconvenient for those with big luggage although the receptionist was still very happy to help

Liked: lovely stay!! really clean and the beds were so comfy, the staff were so so welcoming too!!

Good for a one night...

Liked: Stayed here due to Great location, we had a concert at Hyde park the hotel was easy to access, all staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly especially Biblob, hotel had everything we needed for a late night stay, check in was easy staff let us leave our bags and when we returned they had been put in our room for us, Bed and toilet were clean
Disliked: Very basic room, the bed was a little hard but not unbearable. Shower wasn’t the cleanest but we never used it so didn’t really affect our overall experience.

Disliked: Room was tiny. Tv did not work. Shower was broken and fell of the wall. Shower door was broken.
