The staff were very helpful...

Liked: Novotel was a wonderful alternative to a not so great Hotel that the airline had booked for us due to a missed connection.

3 nights stay with a...

Liked: The bath tub was beautiful and check in was very flexible. Although location very remote, there is a bus stop outside of the hotel which was very helpful. Complimentary Water in the fridge was lovely
Disliked: The facilities have not been updated to include charging facilities on the wall for guests. The location is also very remote, no close shops for quick shopping. No room service and no information in the room about contacting staff or calling reception.
