Disappointing

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The staff was visibly some kind of McDonaldish, Northern pub ish...no eye contact and very slow i did not have a feeling to be welcome.

Passable

Liked: very convenient and frequent shuttle from the airport.
Disliked: The bed was not the best.

Good

Relaxing stay

Liked: Smelt nice in the room and was clean.
Disliked: We had trouble with the card allot to get in to the room

Superb

Liked: All staff friendly - great service from restaurant team - Zara, Dimi and Kyra.
Disliked: As usual - car parking cost not advised and now £15. Also limited space.

Quality: accommodation, environment and experience

Liked: I was disappointed that I had to pay for the shuttle - I expected it to be a complimentary service
Disliked: A bottle of water in the room would have been very welcome

Disliked: Had to pay for shuttle bus both ways

Liked: Handy for the airport
Disliked: Feels wrong we got charged £15 for parking having arrived at 3.45 and left at 8.00am the same morning. Did not see anywhere that parking would even be charged for. Check in slow as we were so tired arriving in the early hours
