Disliked: there could have been better sound proofing

Very convenient location, good hotel,...

Liked: Reception staff, room, breakfast area and breakfast staff all great. Location perfect.
Disliked: Rather stressful finding a parking space in the dark. Finally had to use an overflow area that was rather rough ground. Made the transfer of luggage a little onerous.

Convenient to spend a night...

Liked: Very convenient location. Staff competent, meal in restaurant adequate.
Disliked: Did not expect to pay £10 for overnight parking.

Liked: I was only here for one night. Room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Excellent location as it was close to Stanstead airport. shuttle service running from 3am (costs 4 pounds). Friendly staff at reception.

Disliked: shuttle service is and parking too expensive it was check to use the airport parking.
