Liked: Breakfast good, children eat for free
Disliked: Difficulties making reservation for swimming pool. it Was not possible to just go to pool area and get reservation for wanted time was problematic. so in the end we only wenn once

Beautiful hotel & so central...

Liked: Beautiful hotel & the its located right beside the tube so you can literally go anywhere on it. Staff were lovely
Disliked: Ppl worry about the see-through glass in the bathroom but it has a button inside to block it out so wasn't a problem even staying in the room with two teenagers.

It's was a good stay

Liked: The person who cleaned our room everyday was incredible. 1 day we had a lot of rubbish due to a childs birthday and they didn't hesitate.
Disliked: The pool, cold and crowded. No chamging room

Liked: The staff at the reception were friendly. The gym looked good although i did not have time to use it.
Disliked: The food provided in the breakfast was not great. There was variety but i was expecting better quality food, having stayed in a premium queensize bedroom. The water in the pool was a bit too cold, while the sauna was too mild. The shower was leaking water form above, although i asked at the reception to have this fixed, someone went there but it stayed the same. The water from the shower was not flowing out, so the water accumulated and leaked out through out the bathroom.The coffee from the coffee machine was horrible, and the pancakes were of poor quality. The staff working at the restaurant during the breakfast were not much friendly, i never heard a 'excuse me', sometimes they would bump into people when rushing through to do their work.
