Very pleasant

Liked: Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
Disliked: The morning orange juice was poor quality. It was the same for cranberry juice. Both tasted like water. Fridge in room not cold enough

Liked: The staff are oustanding. Very attentive and nothing is a problem. Best service we have received for a long time.
Disliked: Hard bed. Room would benifit from some minor mInrenance.

Disliked: Bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Black grout. Also the shower was extremely leaky.

Very good

Liked: It was so quiet despite noise outside. Staff was great and location was good. We liked that there was a pool.
Disliked: The bathroom in our room was dirty (stuff on the walls) and the supplies we not stocked appropriately. We had to ask for body wash. Also the pool was a little cold and the spa was the same temp as the pool

Disliked: The swimming pool atmosphere was uncomfortably hot making the pool feel very cold!

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Amazing convenient location. The breakfast was decent, though more plant-based options are needed. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely come back.
Disliked: Some of the pillows were quite uncomfortable. One of the lifts was out of order which caused a delay. The toiletries provided could include body lotion like many hotels do, but this is a small thing.
