Exceptional

Comfortable stay with easy access...

Liked: Very close to a underground station so very easy to travel around London. Also walking distance to Borough Market and London Eye/Big Ben. All staff very attentive and helpful. Good breakfast. Good to relax in sauna after a long day walking☺️
Disliked: Extra bed was a little uncomfortable

Liked: Great location, very clean, helpful staff. Good service in restaurant and decent food.

Lovely location and pleasant stay

Liked: Location was fantastic and breakfast was very good, also staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pool was freezing, dont think it was even 28 Celsius and thought this would of been little better, had issues with our room and being allocated to wrong suite, got sorted the next night and staff were helpful but rooms had marks and scuffs on doors so little details need addressing.

Liked: We chose Novotel Blackfriars for its central location. We were impressed by the staff friendliness and professionalism, especially the lovely Dhanshri who looked after us at the restauraant. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities one needs. We even had a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Disliked: Not to be picky but for feedback the only thing we didn’t like was one of the single beds where our son slept, it was creecky and everytime he turned in bed we could hear him.
