Exceptional value for money and...

Liked: Stunning entrance to the property. The room was modern, spacious and had plenty of additional touches to make the stay more comfortable, such as bath robes, a shower cap, soaps and shampoos etc. Cleanliness was great for the most part. Big TV. Big comfortable bed. Polite and attentive staff.Would definitely recommend & would personally stay here again without a doubt!
Disliked: No lock on the bathroom door & gaps either side of the door you can easily see through so lacking privacy somewhat. Wouldn’t say we got a sofa bed - which we did book a room with, more of a lounger chair. There were two marks on the carpet that looked like tea stains & one red stain on the carpet beside the bed… can only assume what that was but rather not. These things could be addressed however they had minimal impact on our stay, just worth mentioning!

A sour note from a...

Liked: Very centrally located and very clean with a nice room.
Disliked: I paid £130 for a standard room. When I saw the room, it was TINY. So I checked booking.com to see if they had any suites available. And they did. At £190 a night. So you’d think I’d need to pay £60 to upgrade? Nope, coincidentally, exactly £100. So I paid £290 for a £190 room.
