Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The room was in the basement. There was no daylight. The mattresses and pillows were hard as a rock. The hallway was a mess with a bunch of different bags. I will not return to this hotel again.

Fabulous! I will stay here...

Liked: Great welcome and customer service and care. Room was very clean with towels, kettle, tea, coffee etc. Good AC during summer. Excellent location.... less than 5 minutes to Notting Hill Station. A minutes walk from supermarket, pharmacy, cafes etc. Friendly locals.
Disliked: No lift! Stayed on the top floor.... good exercise though!

Liked: There are only two positive things: 1) kindness of people working there 2) proximity to the subway
Disliked: Room was very, very small. The bed is literally attached to the windows and having a young baby is not 100% safe ( see picture ). Room was hot and there wasn’t the air conditioning. No wardrobe. Bathroom is more or less a hole, the sink is so small that it's hard to even brush your teeth. Only two positive things are the kindness of the people working there and the proximity to the subway notting hill gate and bus station.
