Liked: The only good thing was that there was something wrong with my room and the staff had no problem changing my room.
Disliked: The room heater wasn’t working blowing out cold air. The mattress was hideous stains no proper cleaning had to being my own air fresher room smelled bad. People above me were fighting and bumping at 4am couldn’t get any sleep. Every ice machine and elevator wasn’t working.

Disliked: tv never worked, toilet seat has stain all over. they changed my room after complaint but the next room i moved to had dirty yellow stain i literarily attempted cleaning and the stains reduced, meaning the room was not well cleaned. the elevator is broken so you will have to go along way to use another one if you have luggage to take upstairs. if you are pressed before before booking your room, be ready to go to any nearby restaurant to find a restroom because theirs is broken
