Norwood Inn Statefair Grounds

Okay

Liked: I like the size of the hotel the size of the bed. The size of the rooms were decent.
Disliked: Staff was not there to assist when needed on multiple occasions. My room was not all the way clean the bathrooms had one set of towels, and there were no towels when I asked for them, I only ask because there was none in my room for me to use after I showered. And the shower was dirty where your feet go where you stand was dirty. The size of the TV was small. It made it hard to see sort of.

Disliked: Lied about the room and what it was and it wasn’t clean nothing was what it was said to be on the description when booking and photos made it look way nicer then it was

Liked: It was close to the fairgrounds
Disliked: The first room they put us in had a table that was painted black but then had scratches that showed the many colors it had been painted. The carpet had terrible burn marks. There were 2 pillows on each bed and together they didn’t make one decent one. The sink had a big crack and when we ran water it went all over the floor. They then moved us to a room that had no light between the beds so you had to get up to turn the only other light off. You had to search the room for an outlet to plug our phones in. There was no cups or ice chest in the rooms and no ice machine available. The breakfast was a joke. They had stale cereal, had bagels but no butter or cream cheese. They had Little Debbie’s that were stale.

Liked: It’s location to my job
Disliked: It was dirty the staff is a mess and the bed in my room was broken so I have several gashes in my ankle

Liked: Not the best!! They didn’t have ice machines, towels, etc. The place is on its last leg, and they are not trying to change that. They are going to make money there until the utilities are not worth the cost to keep it open. But they are definitely not trying to put any money into the place.
