Great stay!

Liked: All the staff were very friendly and approachable. The bed was extremely comfortable! The pool facilities (sauna and steam room) were top notch. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Would've been great to have a jacuzzi, but it wasn't stated so wasn't expected, but definitely room for one. We also went out for the day and the cleaners left our room unlocked on the latch which we came back to after being out for 6 hours, but the reception was very apologetic.

Disliked: Luke warm food at dinner. Room wasn't particularly clean, there was dust and the carpet hadn't been swept.

Liked: The bed was nice.
Disliked: The towel has blood stained which is unbelievable.The level of cleanliness is pretty low. The attitude of the staff is not up to four star level of hotel either.

Disliked: The room was dirty. We asked to change rooms and were given an alternative room, that was just as dirty. Hadn’t been hoovered and the mirrors had finger prints all over. The corridors had dirty glasses and spilt drink marks on the window sills. The carpets were dirty around the edges where they had not been hoovered properly. Very disappointed with the cleaning standard. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating with swapping rooms however he assured us that the alternative room would be spotless, and it wasn’t.

Liked: Really good value for money and the spa facilities are great. The rooms were a really good size too.
Disliked: It felt a tiny bit dated, but for the money it was great.
