Norton House was a lovely...

Liked: The hotel sits on beautiful grounds 10 minutes from the airport. It is a former family estate that has been expanded to accommodate many guests. The room was very nice and the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

Liked: Another lovely stay at Norton. Amazing staff and lovely extras in the room as we were staying with kids (milk and cookies and VIP spa robes!). Great facilities.
Disliked: £18 for a glass of wine at the bar!!!

Liked: Staff were amazing! So helpful at all points and friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The spa facilities were very nice, but found that the lingers were very close to the pool, so if anyone was splashing while you were on one you got wet. Other than that everything was very nice. In the room, plugs were all just a bit too far away from the mirrors.
