Norton House Hotel - Mumbles

Hotel matched up to expectations...

Liked: Lovely spacious room. The hotel was in a quiet location but easily accessible to Mumbles. Plenty of car parking. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Liked: The room wasvery clean and the hotel was based cclose to street entertainmant
Disliked: The room had no window Wifi signal was terrible i had to stand by the door all the time even for a phone signal

Brilliant Hotel

Liked: Absolutely fantastic hotel staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble. All of the hotel was spotlessly clean our room had a great shower and comfortable bed. Close to the beach front and a 10 minute's walk to the shops and restaurants, bars. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice

Liked: Good quality breakfast, friendly helpful staff, clean room and ensuite. Great location very near the seafront.
Disliked: Stayed in an outside room it was smaller than expected and right by the car park of the hotel so could be noisy at times.Also quite difficult to find a parking space at times as the hotel is open to non residents.

Exceptional

Liked: Rooms were exceptional, had everything you could need - couch and tv area was a great bonus. Provided a very nice cooked breakfast and area for pastries/cereal etc was a nice touch. Staff were nice and attentive.
Disliked: On the pricy side, spent more than we wanted for one night, but rooms/hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous service

Liked: Excellent.booked last minute for one night ended up staying two,wanted a third but they were booked up.lovedvit.great food met Sarah night worker and Tracey in the day.botu a credit to the hotel
