Disliked: Just a little more choice for continental breakfast but not a great issue.

Liked: Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, the room was fine.
Disliked: The bathroom door needed to be shaved as it was catching on the carpet. Better quality toilet paper would have been good.

Liked: We were delighted with our room - no. 20. It was beautifully furnished and decorated; the bed was very comfortable and the shower room was perfect (especially the sink unit with drawers underneath).
Disliked: There was only one hanger on the right side of the wardrobe.There was no fridgeThere was no safeThere was no iron or ironing board

Liked: The staff as a whole were very organised, courteous, friendly and very accomodating. We are both vegetarians and were happy to see a good selection of meals that catered to our tastes. The food was excellent for a 3 star hotel and the waiting staff were very professional, hard-working and friendly.

Liked: Great hotel within walking distance to everything. Free car park. Room was clean, very comfortable , staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely recommend and return!
