Disliked: Didn’t get a refund for the the 2nd night (I stayed one night and left at 6pm later)- and did not stay the second night due to security reasons, felt unsafe + broken deadbolt, and the bathroom had a couple broken things when I walked into the room. If I could please get a refund for 1 of the nights - as I didn’t stay the night. Thank you.

Disliked: Price was high and damage deposit was 200$!! at first the lady said I would get it back the next day (the damage deposit) the next day comes around and it’s about 7 pm and I still don’t get it back. So I called and she says one to three business days. I called again and she says one to five business days. So which is it? And am I getting my money back?
