Disliked: Room was very hot - while a fan was provided didn’t help. Left the windows open overnight but there was continual noise initially from people sitting outside and then from a generator or something similar Bathroom outdated and not very clean - water pressure in shower awfulLimited wardrobe space No safeTV wouldn’t allow connection to WiFi so Netflix could be used

Family room is large and...

Liked: We stayed in a family room, and it was a great size - very comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty, and the spa was a good place to relax for an hour.
Disliked: Location is great in terms of getting there, as it's just off a main road, but it's not somewhere you can stay and then head out to a local restaurant/bar on foot. Lounger cushions in the spa are in dire need of a recover/replacement, but everything else is really well maintained.

Pleasant

Liked: The food was outstanding and couldn’t be faulted, the rooms are lovely and the bathrooms to a high standard. There are milk and water machines on the corridors.
Disliked: Didn’t realise until afterwards the spa isn’t included in the price which usually when you book a spa hotel it would be. On arrival we paid £30 to use the spa facilities. We used them for half an hour on the first night and never again, it was over crowded, not enough seats and no where to leave towels or robes as it was that busy there was no where to put them. We didn’t use the facility again, they have quite a few hours where it is family time also so if you are after a romantic quiet getaway with a spa this isn’t the place.
