North Lakes Hotel and Spa

Lovely hotel but not so...

Liked: Hotel is well positioned and still in good repair. The last time we stayed was just as the renovations were finishing.
Disliked: Menu selection. Poor for vegetarians. It was a hot evening when we stayed and the suggestions that we sat near the open cooking area was not welcome!

Liked: I stopped here as a half way stop for my long drive from work. I will be stopping here more often.I was impressed with the food in the restaurant. All high quality food. And a great range of options
Disliked: Nothing stood out as something not to like to me

It was nice and relaxing...

Liked: We loved the room, beds were really comfy, we enjoyed mini golf in the family room and the breakfast was delicious
Disliked: We were told no under 8’s in the jacuzzi but whilst we was in the pool with our 7 year old child we seen a small girl aged about 2 or 3 in the jacuzzi with her dad which upset my child as he didn’t understand why she could go in and he couldn’t

Liked: Nice outdoor seating and firepit
Disliked: Room edges could do with a proper hoover.Dinner starter, caprese was tomato with 3 tiny balls of cheese, rather poor. Shower grout could do with a revamp
