Liked: Close proximity to Paddington Station & Heathrow Airport
Disliked: I was given a ground floor unit near the spiral staircase. However, there were blinds which provided privacy..

Overall, a great comfortable stay...

Liked: This was a very well located hotel, just a few minutes walk from the underground station at Paddington. The room, albeit small compared to other big hotel brands, was very comfortable and the inclusion of air conditioning and the fridge in the room was very welcome in the hot summer weather. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. The receptionist on arrival was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room and particularly the bathroom in the executive twin room was slightly small compared to other hotels but this was not a big deal. We did arrive at breakfast towards the end of the breakfast time and we did feel pressured by the staff to leave after the breakfast closed. Other hotels will clear the buffet away and let you finish breakfast in peace. This was the first time that a staff member has come to our table to say they are closed and we should leave which did feel a bit rude.
