Liked: Location was alright. Staff tried to be helpful where possible.
Disliked: To start with, the instructions to enter your apartment are so poorly written. DO NOT arrive late when no one is there, or you’ll have a really hard time getting in. The entry gate was jammed and we couldn’t get in - the code given wouldn’t work. There was an alternative entry which we figured out on our own in the dead of night which was a tiny little alley way with no signage around the back. All other instructions were also poorly written and hard to follow.Our mobile phone was robbed while on this premises talking to the staff member and there are no security cameras. The facilities are quite dated and not the best - the furniture seemed damp and the humidity inside the apartments was not great. The lighting was dark and gave it a grim feeling. I would not book this accomodation again.

Liked: We loved our stay. Everything was clean, functional, comfortable and to our standard. We felt at home. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Next time we will :)

Liked: Excellent facilities. The pool and spa were very clean and the property itself was really clean and well maintained. The pool was heated which is great for kids. Great location for cafes and restaurant access.

Liked: The unit was very nice and well up to date. Perfect access into the pool area.
Disliked: We just had a few near misses with a very slippery rug in which we advised the hotel and they were going to look straight into it.
