Unprofessional
Liked: Booked this place for my birthday. I booked the deluxe room first and then shortly after got in touch to say I wanted a better room. They said it wouldn’t be a problem and I could pay the difference when I come to the hotel a month later. 24 hours before I was due to check in they told me that my room wasn’t available due to unforeseen circumstances. I was obviously mad as it was short notice and I would have went somewhere else.However!!!! When I got there the receptionist told me that they have given me a free upgrade to another suite. Nice right? No because as soon as I got into the room the Deputy manager called saying they gave the room to me for free as a mistake and I would need to pay for it. So they wanted me to pay for a room I didn’t ask for after they gave away the from I did ask for? Yeah, no. After some calm back and forth she said it’s fine I could stay there without the extra charge.If only that was it. They held my cake in their kitchen and almost denied they had it, I was waiting forever to get it back. Not worth it personally

Beautiful hotel, not great value...
Liked: We loved the theme and the hotel aesthetic was beautiful! FeltComfortable and well presented; the entrance was welcoming and the staff were great!
Disliked: Our room was smaller than we anticipated however was lovely and comfortable. The hotel is slightly hidden which added to the calming of the hotel,

Disliked: THE RESTAURANT SERVICE NEEDS WORK. WE ORDERED FOOD AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. THE KITCHEN ENDED UP CLOSING WITHOUT US RECEIVING OUR FOOD.

Beautiful hotel
Liked: Amazing hotel.Wanted to go here for ages, and it did not disappoint.The staff were wonderful, the room was stunning as was the huge shower and comfy bed.The space was gorgeous and the bar amazing.Wonderful place for a special occasion. Loved it.
